Long-term satisfactions over short-term pleasures.

Huge improvements are not made in one single shot that hit the target, but in many different ones that missed it.

If we seek for the truth everyday and miss it, than we are actually way closer to finding it with our own eyes than we were before starting the search.

The whole thing of being together feels amazing because different persons interact trough forces which manifest themselves as the exchange of the other. A single person in the world cannot be decomposed into constituent parts. They are part of a whole perspective on what the world is, which also changes directly according to the observer.

The smile is a proof of the concept. When we smiling we are telling our own bodies that it’s everything okay and there is a wave that spreads. But it also can transform how others respond to our actions. The psychological effect of smiling changes both the observer and the observed.

But society can be harmful sometimes. People are so used to live ordinarily, when we starting acting with authenticity, they don’t know how to port themselves, they fear change, they boycott you.

“The fault is mine and choose to put it in whoever I want” kind of mentality has limited our individuals to see above the horizon. And I am acting forward, looking for improvements each day, so that by changing myself, I start to change the world, all from within.

It is a lifestyle which I am committed to, not only punctual changes. Reading inspiring books, doing DeRose Yoga, Meditating and eating a plant-based diet full of life and love not only has catapulted me to a whole new level of consciousness, but it has actually manifested opportunities and truths in which I would never been able to know.

Right now I’m doing a liver and gallbladder cleanse to remove the stones stopping me from increasing even more the power of my body. And if you seek for the same kind of changes in your life’s quality, I really suggest you take a look into this book.

Living a balanced lifestyle is a change in the paradigms of society. Not everyone is used to this approach, nor so motivated to the point of letting go the majority of instant pleasures. That which brings physical satisfactions like eating, drinking alcohol or having an orgasm truly feels good, but that’s the problem. The momentary sensations soon pass, and then comes all the regrets. ‘But if you didn’t wanted to do, why did you do it?’ Some may say… That’s the point. We don’t know how to say don’t.

In the disciplines of Eastern Philosophies I have found a foundation to build my own applicable way to channel desire into things like going for a walk or doodling, or writing random words on a blank page. And this not only allowed me to gain a whole new set of skills, it actually gave me a whole new brain, a better one.

If you want to make improvements in approaches to life, start embracing your faults, don’t criticize yourself for making poor choices. But also try to make smart choices in life. It is an daily process of getting better little by little, until you notice a huge detachment, and then just say: FEELS SO GOOD TO BE ALIVE, BABY!!!!
