A bunch of thoughts relating how to go from where we are to where we want to be sits inside the mind of a young guy like me.

Everyday I think about what should we do to bring more joy and freedom into our society and our everyday situations. And the answer most often comes to more emotional intelligence.

Doing our best with what we have is a priority. To acquire self-responsibility and learn about emotional intelligence is a must.

Energy grows where attention goes.

For change to happen we must act with some level of intent.

The realization that everything manifested, came first from an idea gives me the confidence to keep sharing and to keep exploring life.

If Creations are idealizations, pushing the limits of this reality is driving all the human beings to achieve higher levels of consciousness. We are intentionally setting stronger baselines for ourselves.

For the old mindset, if we are studying for the sake of learning we are not valuable right now… We still have to study for the sake of having a diploma…

For this new-age lifestyle, social parameters involves a lot of creativity, technology and arts. The millennial way is a self discovery way.

We are learning what is true for us. And this process don’t have shortcuts. Those that have natural empathy tend to share strong feelings. And emotion is what create thoughts. And thoughts are what create actions.

For me, what helped was to learn how to say NO.

To protect our energies we must learn how to define boundaries between what we are experiencing in our lives and what others are experiencing in their own.

Sometimes saying no hurts more than saying yes…

But if we say no, we might avoid future suffering. Avoiding trouble by saying no to those that need to learn how to grow is freeing space for us to give a yes to those that have nothing to give back in return.

This is my formula to keep slowly climbing towards a 360 awareness, on the trek of self-development.

This leap of faith that I took to learn skills that keeps my heart beating stronger came with the realization that doing what everyone was doing wasn’t going to make me different.

I’m realizing that learning and studying alone is always less efficient.

But in this journey, we are mostly alone.

We still need guides and mentors walking the same path, cheering for us when we achieve goals. Without someone to share the victories, the discovery by itself feels like not worthy of all the pain and effort.

Even knowing that we are going to be huge if we keep walking fast on the right path, sometimes we trap ourselves in arrogance and prepotency.

That’s when we need others to pinpoint our mistakes.

Remember when we were young and could do anything we wanted?

This is still truth.

We can do everything, but not everything is beneficial.

This trap of arrogance and prepotency comes when someone believes he is able to do something where in reality, he cannot.

One locked in this trap says: “I am good”, “I know how to do this”, “I already knew that”.

We have to always act from a positing of humbleness. Being confident that this values can become true someday.

You are not who you want to be. Neither what you say you are. You are what you sow. You are what you reap.

By acknowledging that our actions have consequences, we take vanity out of the equation and we stop defining our actions by the image that we want to show, instead of what is right or beneficial.

Today, stop combining several paralyzing lies with expired validity.

You don’t need more excuses to start learning something. If you’ve been thinking about doing something, I encourage you to take a leap of faith.

Today, take responsibility and grow emotional intelligence.

The choices we make today will define us at a deeper level tomorrow.

And just wanting to be better does not make someone better.

As always,
Thanks For Reading ❤
