The View From Up Here

Poem 25

I’m so high right now
Now, I am here now.
Yes I am. Sometimes I forget that.
Sometimes I forget doing whats right for myself
to think confidently, to act confidently.

And the view from up here is great
There are horses and fields
a river and friends
Purpose and fantasy
People being free during quarantine

Taking risks,
because trust isn’t an issue
and now that I’ve started climbing up
the view from up here is dope
I’m truly grateful for the best life yet,
It’s flowing easily — it is all going well.
