The river of positivity,
the ascendant flow,
the big goal,
the unknown;

I feel the same that you do
we are trying to reap the rocks
and get water flowing into the river
as an empath, I hurt myself too.

looking back is now viral
simple actions became brutal.
I write to the life which is the mind
and the earth inside the body;

But why can’t you collaborate?
and teach me what I need to learn.
like a instruction manual that I can trust
like a friend that guides towards the restaurant

I wish my whole life to be based in these things.

healthy inside
fresh outside.

Today I learned how to scuba dive
I learned how to handstand.
I learned how to juggle

most important than all
I learned somehow —
how to forgive
and how to accept;

Today I learned what I love.

I realized that I am different
And what we are supposed to be,
So did you,
my dear courageous friend.

You were born original
do not die like a copy.
Trust in yourself and your journey
and embrace it as me;

hug a tree
sit for the sunset
wake for the sunrise
go for that dream
make it come true;

and let go of what does not serve you.
