The human Body is a Thermodynamic Miracle
It exists in equilibrium with a strange and chaotic universe.
Your atoms, forged in distant stars, are now borrowed from what you eat.
You think and speak in a language you did not invent to convey ideas about a world you did not create.
All of this just happened and is continuing to happen.
None of it, not even your own body and mind, are strictly yours.
They came and they will go. You were Here before them and will be after.
That is called Unborn Awareness. Because it was not born, it cannot die.
In the meantime, this body is a beautiful microcosm for the universe itself, as the entire universe contributes incessantly to its existence.
The real difficulty is to overcome how you think about yourself.
Harmony can be found through honoring this fact.
Peace can be found by realizing that which is untroubled by all of this.
