Only for today, avoid getting angry.
The negative emotions and feelings weaken our energy and block our heart from giving and receiving unconditional love.
When we have a blocked emotions, our body stop balancing the immune system. That is when diseases emerge and we get sick.
By being angry we are also blocking with rage, a primitive feeling, our roots that provide us with vitality, physical strength and safety, as we previously observed.
Think about how we act when getting angry and think that you have intentions to stop doing it. Even if life brings challenges and people that seems to try our patience.
Extend this state throughout life for the remaining days of this year and the next ones. Be always balanced and happy.
These principles help one to attain a more correct attitude facing life.
Let go and dance to the wind or the music, let your true essence bloom.
We have the great privilege of living an earthly experience at such an important time for humankind in terms of spiritual evolution and changes of consciousness.
