My Experience On a Sacred Geometry Meditation Workshop
When I come across metaphysical practices, I go for them with a skeptic mindset, doubtful and full of confusion.
But after I finish them, I feel this profound sense of peace within.
This peace is a signal that tell us more about the true nature of reality.
For some, a practice without science-backed studies explaining each detail of it is a reason to run, a reason to run fast.
For me, it is a reason to at least give it a try.
Today my day started good, normal as any other.
I woke up, had breakfast, worked for an hour, then went on for a new adventure. An event that I had been invited.
It was this donation-based class in the middle of the jungle. The practice name is “Alchemy with sacred geometry”.
From there you can have a general ideal of how weird this first looks, right?
No…?
Let me tell more.
The place was nice, Pyramid Yoga center is literally in the middle of a forest, in the middle of an island, in the middle of Thailand Gulf.
And it does not stop there, the studio also has the shape of a pyramid with a golden top. Intense is a good word to describe it.
Back to the practice, the teacher was a Russian… And yeah, I have been feeling the Russian vibes since I was in Moscow last week.
One thing I know: Russians are not afraid of being themselves 100%. And I admire that.
Alchemy Sacred Geometry is actually a simple meditation, but it is in simplicity that the universe hide it’s magic.
You have two states in the whole meditation… Focused, or relaxed.
This switch between focused and relaxed mode creates a spin in the room.
The teacher arrange the positions and each of us sit in a specific place inside the pyramid. This creates a geometric form where energy can flow.
And a vacuum in the middle.
Then he gives every person a number.
When he calls the number, we focus on the third eye (the ajna chakra)
Otherwise, we relax, looking within.
It is weird for me to explain it, but something else happened today.
I felt an intense pulse of light in my head.
I also felt a spiral force in the room.
Every time my number was called, the number one, I focused on my forehead, and a I could see flashes beaming, fractals and geometric forms.
For almost one hour he called the 6 numbers in the room, making patterns of energy, spinning, basically playing god.
After the 5 initial minutes, I decided to let it go and do as he was saying.
Good decision was that.
There is a hidden wisdom of light emerging in the society.
The science of alchemy and sacred geometry has powers beyond scientific understanding, and I could experience that.
For a brief period of time, my worries were wiped out and all I could experience was the present moment. Breath, birds singing, and the droning noise of cicadas.
My ears were carefully waiting for the number one to be called.
And we were switching between the right and left side of our brains, as a symphony guided by the maestro.
I don’t know the impacts of this practice yet, but one thing I am sure…
It was fun, and now I have a story to tell.
Totally worth it.
