It’s All Gale

A poem about being trapped and escaping the maze

The wind comes and goes
making us flow on the coast

The sea is suspended in the clouds of your character,
rusted by salt
in the mouth of those who remains without smiling.

There’s so much noise

I cannot even understand.
why we still miss the old days
where there wasn’t distractions
and we could easily concentrate,
moving fingers from one side to another
with the brain bubbling ideas.

I used to feel like a rouge,
collecting shells on the beach while looking at the girls
dancing in imagination.

Now I’m trapped inside a white cubicle,
like a rat in the labyrinth box.
Running after the cheese
just because we don’t know what to do.

What good shall you do to you keep your mind tight?
If you don’t move,
how will you decorate time
and run away from yourself?

It’s not your fault that you grew up like this.
But we can always choose an alternative path.
Speaking for myself, I choose a life free from cubicles.
Elevation of consciousness, mastery in body movement.

Everything I write is just another oath
coming from a kid committed to his future.
Not only the career he will choose,
but also the impact this choice will cause.

Bringing out what makes sense in the brain
what a challenging task.

Creativity is the act of discipline,
and to make today a lost case is easier
than making idleness a win-win situation.

Yet I struggle against resistance
for new moments of insight.
with the silliness of plural illusions
for those who know only half truths,
and strive to sabotage the ones who knows best.

And do not look at me discouraged only because you don’t understand.

Change is not bought in the market,
it is created in the subtle boiler of entropy
the fruit of actions and reactions.

Don’t be quick in your judgement,
internalize and analyze, you have much to give to others.

Use your mind and do not be afraid,
train every day with the determination of a warrior
and then you will see the inevitable,
in the future your fibers will appreciate.
They will “say thank you for growing”.

Thanks For Reading ❤
