I’m sharing this because it is what I believe:

  • Life is not always the way we expect it to be, but it is still pretty unique.
  • We can make wonders out of it, but first, we must discover our powers.
  • We can discover our own nature and then work in favor of it.

Strengths!

We expect things to be inside duality, good or bad, right or wrong. Day or Night. Zero Or One. — Generally speaking…

I am here to claim back the right to no longer find myself inside this duality. For I can be both alive and dead at the same time, it’s quantum baby.

But this text is actually different, not going so deep this time…

I actually want to talk about my perspective on leadership.

Just moving these fingers a little bit. — Warming, you know?

What it means to be a leader:

Good leaders are more than necessary in the current world.

It is the one which shows the way to others. A leader is more than an example, it is a model.

But to be a leader we have to develop the skill to do so. It’s a process, and like any other can be accomplished if one is committed enough.

We have some great examples of leaders, but what do they all have in common?

It’s the neutrality facing problems? Is it the consistency? Is it the way they act in an unfavorable situation?

Being a leader is more than that… It is having the inner knowledge to analyze things using perspectives that others cannot observe.

A good leader knows what others really need, and act upon it.

One solves the problem for good, it isn’t just a temporary solution.

We are all leaders at some level, in our daily actions

If we choose to have an open mind about it, the world can benefit a lot from our choices.

This is a list of 9 most important qualities of a leader:

1 - Patience: show self-control;

2 - Goodness: Show attention, appreciation, and encouragement to others;

3 - Humility: Be authentic without pretension and arrogance;

4 - Abnegation: Serve others and act to satisfy their needs.

5 - Respect: Treat everyone as an important people;

6 - Forgiveness: Forget the resentment;

7 - Honesty: Don’t try to fool people, especially yourself;

8 - Commitment: Hold up your choices. Sustain them;

9 - Results: Put away your inner desires and needs, seek for the greater good.

Being someone that influence others requires great responsibility. And is by committing to change that one can grow.

Leave a trace behind you, choose to make things better where you pass by. With this approach, one might go places never explored before.

You all have this potential of developing yourself while doing things for others

Taking a holistic approach to life is not using unscientific methods, but rather, it is recognizing the world as a whole, and the life of each as a singularity.

The beauty is that everyone is different, we all have our own single fingerprints to prove our uniqueness.

Everyone is also necessary, and the people that may cross in your journey all have their own stories and problems. That’s why it is important to respect and treat people like you would like to be treated.

Life is wonderful and we have the opportunity to make the difference in each small action. Being a leader is not about being a CEO. It’s more about being an example in everyday situations.

Maybe practicing it right now, trying to remind others of what they already know deep inside, but have forgotten for some reasons.
