your eyes are the saddest poem I’ve ever read

Honestly I don’t know
what is ___ supposed to be
is it indefinite, undefined
null or just optional

fill in the blank of this
white paper sheet
almost as in a channeled process

I draw some symbols with a pen
and now they have meaning
they all live a life outside of me

And they touch
they have matter
it was all inside my head
this whole time.

If it’s for me to pick
I choose love as a weapon
for war brings only trouble
and peace is the solution
